App vs. browser: what you need to know
Our Android app runs natively on your device and stores game data locally, so your account balance and recent transactions remain visible even if your connection drops. Browser-based access (iOS Safari, Chrome, Firefox) delivers the same features but relies on internet connectivity; the PWA caches some data for offline viewing, but transactions require a live connection. Troubleshooting common installation issues
If your Android device blocks the APK installation, check Settings → Security and enable "Install from Unknown Sources" for our app. If you see a certificate warning, this is normal for direct APK installations outside the Google Play Store; our connection is encrypted, and we do not store your login credentials on your device—only a session token. If the app crashes on startup, clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → grabwins → Storage → Clear Cache) and reinstall. For iOS and browser-based access, clear your browser cache and cookies, then try a fresh login. If deposit or withdrawal notifications fail to arrive, check that your phone's notification settings allow alerts from the grabwins app.
Data, permissions, and account security
Our grabwins app requests permission to send notifications and access your device's file system for offline caching only. We do not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or location. Your login credentials are never stored locally—only an encrypted session token persists on your device. When you log out, this token is destroyed. All communication between the app and our servers uses TLS encryption (HTTPS), so your account balance, betting history, and payment information are transmitted securely.
